We value your shopping experience and provide a hassle-free return policy. Below is our return and refund policy:

  1. No-Reason Returns: We support no-reason returns for non-custom products within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The item must be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.

    • Special sale items (e.g., clearance) are not eligible for returns.
    • Orders paid through Store Credit or Coupon Codes will be treated as Final Sale or Clearance Sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.


  2. Custom Products:

    • Our handmade rock climbing phone cases are made to order, taking 2 to 3 hours for each case, which is why every case is personalized to the order. Due to the custom nature, we generally do not accept returns for custom products unless there is a quality issue.
    • If the custom product does not have a quality issue and the buyer still insists on returning it, we will accept the return, but a 20% deduction for packaging and material costs will apply. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

  3. Return Process:

    • Please ensure that the item meets our return criteria: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


  4. Exchanges:

    • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and after your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
